Felton Grove History: Bob Wright’s Story

With the current Facebook conversations on the Felton Grove Neighborhood News about the swimming hole, I thought this might be of interest. Patsy Wright, Bob Wright’s widow, drew this sketch of Felton Grove Resort circa 1940’s. She also gave me Bob’s Recollections of that era:

This is wonderful! How thoughtful of Mrs. Wright to share this piece of History. Thank you…and Mrs. Wright.

I’m grateful to be in touch with people still living who lived during these times and remember them! Most of my interviews are with folks in their 80’s an 90’s. All have been a pleasure to talk to and they share so much that would otherwise be lost forever.
