Capt. Ed’s Boyland: Felton Grove 1940’s

Captain Ed lived with his wife in a house at the end of River Rd and ran Capt. Ed’s Boyland Camp. The boys swam in the San Lorenzo River and Zayante Creek. In the 1930’s, 40’s and 50’s they hung out at the dance hall and snack bar on Park Ave. in Felton Grove. They played baseball in the ball park which is where the Felton Bible Church is now.

When did Forest Lakes come about. And where was the fire house for the original saw mill?
