Lease to Glass and Draper from Feb. 1, 1906 to Feb. 1, 1907 at the rental of $50 and labor noted below.

That certain parcel of land in said County bounded on the North by the County road leading from Felton to Felton Depot on the east by Zayante Creek, on the South by Zayante Creek, and on theWest by San Lorenzo River. Known as the Felton Grove and the Felton Baseball Ground. Reserving the right to sell the whole or any part of said premises.
