Felton Grove History: 1891

F. A. Hihn Papers:

F. A. Hihn Company and George Treat hereby leases to Joseph Ball, for the term of one year from December 1st, 1891, at $70 payable in equal monthly installments beginning Dec. 1, 1891, in advance, the Maple Grove* in the town of Felton and the small field on the East side of said Grove, between said Grove and the County road.

Said Joseph Ball agrees to pay said rent as specified and to keep said Grove open for guests during the term of this lease.
